Settling the electrical job and price first

Ask how the work is charged before anyone arrives. One reviewer booked a small job, two new 20 amp circuits, at an hourly rate that matched what was advertised. Ask the same question for your job.

Ask for the plan to fix the problem before work starts. Reviewers say the technician explained the issues and the plan, so expect to be able to ask your questions and get answers.

Call on a weekday morning with the job described in a sentence or two, so the crew can tell you what to expect before the visit.
